Maryland Live to go live round the clock

Maryland Live!, the third largest casino in the US, will go live for 24-hour gambling from today onwards. When General Manager and President of the casino, Robert J Norton, unlocked the door, it was announced on that very time. Now, customers of the casino will be able to enjoy non-stop gambling every day (24/7 * 365).

While speaking to the press, Robert said, “It is quite an exciting day in the gambling industry in Maryland State as well as for ‘Maryland Live!’. We are looking forward for providing our clients with some of the best gambling experiences ever around the clock. At the same time, we are preparing ourselves for adding another 150 live table games as well over the coming period.”

Before today, the casino had to be closed by 2 AM between Sundays and Thursdays. During Fridays and Saturdays, it remained open until 4 AM. However, now, customers of the casino will be allowed to play 24/7 * 365 on close to 5,000 gambling options, which include state-of-the-art slots and other table games.

At this moment, “Maryland Live!” Casino is on a recruitment drive, as there will be an addition of over 1,000 more employees, which include close to 800 dealers to make sure that it is able to accommodate for this significant change.

From January 2013, the construction team of the casino is going to plan the modification needed for adding the planned 150 live table casino games, which include Craps, Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, Poker and Sic Bo.
